Mr. Lando has more than 20 years experience working in the equity markets and the management and finance of public companies. John has worked for RBC Dominion Securities, has served as a Director of several public companies, and is currently focused on the management of Northern Lion.

Mr. Bailey has Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in geology from Oregon State University and the University of Washington respectively, and has had a very successful 30 year career in exploration, development and management positions in the mining industry. He has been President and CEO of Minefinders Corporation since 1995.

Dr. Baker is an exploration geologist with over 30 years of experience in the Americas, Asia, Australia and Europe. Previously, he was Chief Geologist for Newcrest Mining Limited, Chief Geologist (South America) for MIM Holdings Limited and Principal Geologist (Asia) for Renison Goldfield Corporation. Dr. Baker completed his B.Sc. (Hons) and Ph.D. at James Cook University of North Queensland

Mr. Brown is a chartered accountant and partner in the accounting firm of Culver & Co. in Vancouver, British Columbia since 1991. He has served clients in a wide range of industries, and is familiar with the reporting requirements of public companies. He has served as a director of Northern Lion Gold Corp. since 1998.
Position: European Exploration Manager
Mr. Wik graduated from Åbo Akademi Univeristy (Turku, Finland) in 2001 with a Masters Degree in Geology and Mineralogy and holds several years of experience of mineral exploration for a variety of commodities (gold, base metals and diamonds) in both Scandinavia and Russia. Among these being a project geologist for Scanmining (SWE) and as consultant to Inmet in Bergslagen (Sweden).

Ms McCorquodale has 20 years of mineral exploration experience, and has held a variety of geological positions for both major and junior mining companies, including Noranda and Goldcorp. In addition to her technical background Joan has been engaged in corporate development and accountable for several property acquisitions, corporate governance and financings. She has explored for, base and precious minerals, and diamonds in Canada , South America, Southeast Asia, Australia, and Europe.
Position: Financial Controller
Ms. Gillis received her Certified Management Accountant (CMA) in 2008. Ms. Gillis has been involved in the financial markets for over 11 years and brings a comprehensive background in financial reporting and regulatory requirements to the Company. She started her career working at Thomas, Rondeau, a corporate and securities law firm. Ms. Gillis also worked at Concert Industries Ltd., a manufacturing company with revenues in excess of $120 million. During her time she served as the Corporate Accountant. Prior to joining Northern Lion Gold Corp., Ms. Gillis was the Treasurer and Controller of Geologix Explorations Inc. and is currently the Financial Controller for New World Resource Corp.
