Position: Director
Mr. Bailey has served as President and CEO of Minefinders Corporation since 1995. Mr. Bailey has had a very successful 30 year career in exploration, development and management positions. Mr. Bailey is a registered professional geologist in Washington, USA and he has a Master of Science in Geology from Oregon State University and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Washington.

Position: Director
Dr. Baker is an exploration geologist with over 30 years of experience in North and South America, Asia, Australia, and Europe. Previously, Dr. Baker was Chief Geologist for Newcrest Mining Ltd and MIM Holdings Ltd and the Principle Geologist for Renison Goldfield Corporation. Dr. Baker completed his Bachelor of Science (Hons) and Doctorate at James Cook University of North Queensland.

Mr. Brown is a Chartered Accountant and Partner of the Vancouver, British Columbia based accounting firm, Culver & Company since 1991. He has served clients in a wide range of industries, and is familiar with the reporting requirements of public companies. He has served as a director of Northern Lion Gold Corp. since 1998.

Position: Geological Consultant
Ms McCorquodale has 20 years of mineral exploration experience, and has held a variety of geological positions for both major and junior mining companies, including Noranda and Goldcorp. In addition to her technical background, Joan has been engaged in corporate development and accountable for several property acquisitions, corporate governance and financings. She has explored for base and precious minerals and diamonds in Canada, South America, Southeast Asia, Australia, and Europe.

Position: CFO
Ms. Gillis received her Certified Management Accountant (CMA) in 2008. Ms. Gillis has been involved in the financial markets for over 11 years and brings a comprehensive background in financial reporting and regulatory requirements to the Company. She started her career working at Thomas, Rondeau, a corporate and securities law firm. Ms. Gillis also worked at Concert Industries Ltd., a manufacturing company with revenues in excess of $120 million. During her time she served as the Corporate Accountant. Prior to joining Northern Lion Gold Corp., Ms. Gillis was the Treasurer and Controller of Geologix Explorations Inc. and is currently the Chief Financial Officer for New World Resource Corp.
