Mr. McEwen has over 30 years of exploration and production experience in open-pit and underground mining projects and operations. Mr. McEwen's experience includes exploration project management, economic evaluations, resource and reserve evaluations for various precious and base metal companies worldwide. He has held executive positions in the junior resource market: as President and CEO for North Arrow Minerals, Buffalo Gold Ltd., and Dynasty Gold Corp.

Position: CFO
Ms. Gillis received her Certified Management Accountant (CMA) in 2008. Ms. Gillis has been involved in the financial markets for over 11 years and brings a comprehensive background in financial reporting and regulatory requirements to the Company. She started her career working at Thomas, Rondeau, a corporate and securities law firm. Ms. Gillis also worked at Concert Industries Ltd., a manufacturing company with revenues in excess of $120 million. During her time she served as the Corporate Accountant. Prior to joining Northern Lion Gold Corp., Ms. Gillis was the Treasurer and Controller of Geologix Explorations Inc. and is currently the Chief Financial Officer for New World Resource Corp.

Position: Director
Mr. Bailey previously served as President and CEO of Minefinders Corp., prior to its friendly takeover by Pan American Silver Corp. in March 2012. Mr. Bailey has had a successful 30 year career in exploration, development and management positions and is currently a Professional Consulting Geologist and principal of MH Bailey & Associates LLC.

Position: Director
Dr. Baker is an exploration geologist with over 30 years of experience in North and South America, Asia, Australia, and Europe. Previously, Dr. Baker was Chief Geologist for Newcrest Mining Ltd and MIM Holdings Ltd and the Principle Geologist for Renison Goldfield Corporation. Dr. Baker completed his Bachelor of Science (Hons) and Doctorate at James Cook University of North Queensland.

Mr. Brown is a Chartered Accountant and Partner of the Vancouver, British Columbia based accounting firm, Culver & Company since 1991. He has served clients in a wide range of industries, and is familiar with the reporting requirements of public companies. He has served as a director of Northern Lion Gold Corp. since 1998.
